Tequila Mexican Restaurant in Sparta

Wife had Polo loco left to take for lunch tomorrow. My Steak Tequila had as much treats for my puppies as I had, it was good. Woof woof woof.

Great service, great margaritas, great food

I moved away from the area and this is THE restaurant I miss the most. No other Mexican restaurant can compare.

Good place to eat

The fajitas are fantastic. Its a great atmosphere, you feel like you are in old Mexico. the margaritas are very good , but be careful, two are most peoples limit. i sometimes go for 3, but am a heavy drinker. love the place.

I had the chicken and steak fajita and it was very good as always. Strawberry daiquiri is yummy too.

Always good food and service

Its OK. The service is ok, not great, even when they are desolate. The house margarita is not good, tasted like a powdered drink. I love margaritas, but I couldn't finish this one (first time ever). The mole rojo was basically just a canned red sauce on cooked chicken, not what its supposed to be: a beautiful chocolaty complex sauce that the chicken simmers in; massive disappointment. Chips and salsa were plain, run of the mill.

This used to be my favorite Tequila Restaurant, but lately things seem to be off. The chips and rice had a scorched flavor and the shrimp weren't cleaned properly.

Friendly atmosphere for the family I've tried a few menu items I really like the steak and chicken fajitas other than that not so much older man seems kids rude maybe management waiters are nice

My husband and I order takeout just about everyday from this place. Eaten in several times as well the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is amazing! We always get the veggie fajitas with a side of green sauce.. superb!

Hot sauce was really good. Pretty slow service when asked for extra chips and salsa or the hot sauce since there was hardly anyone there (I saw no more than three other tables).

The food was great however the service was terrible. I asked for a booster seat for my daughter. Waiter said ok then never came back. Another waiter gave my husband a refill and more salsa and the booster I had asked him also for. Our original waiter brought our food and never came back until I walked up to the counter for the check.. terrible service

So they are now charging 2$ for each refill of chips and also 2$ for refills on drinks ? While dining in Sounds kind of crazy to me ..

Great food fair prices and nice for family

Was back at the same place on my work trip in May... The food this time was excellent. The service was quick and excellent also. The customer I brought to dinner with me enjoyed it also!

Greatest mexican restaurant anywhere. The bartender Todd is awesome. The croud can be a little rowdy at times but i like that. Will definitly go back. If allowed...

The top shelf margarita is really good. The complementary chips are good but the salsa not so much. I asked for a hot salsa which was much better but thin. The beef was cooked to my requested temperature and flavor was excellent. Ambiance is nice and service staff was attentive.

The margarita tasted like there was no alcohol in it and the monster burrito was just ok. Prices are reasonable and service was ok.

Chicken on the beach with fries instead of rice and an extra cup of cheese is bomb!!!

Service was slow. Food was hot and ok flavor. But we waited a long time for it. We had to ask for drink refills and waited over 10 minutes for them.It was a bit busy (lots of tables with customers). But, we could have received better service than we got.

Terrible food. It should be advertised as tex-mex. the beef was barely flavored and the carne asada was too salty. the only thing they got right was the rice. beef made my stomach upset afterwards

Terrible service and small portions incomplete order, asked 3 time's for missing item and never received it, asked for compensation and was told next time it will be better

I've eaten there twice with the service being fine once and slower than smoke off poop in January the next time. Liked the food very much when visiting which brought us back, but, the last time going there I was walking in the door with my son and wife and a guy leaving told us it had taken them an hour and half to get him his food that evening and that we might want to leave unless we brought a tent with us. We went elsewhere that evening after knowing they had been really slow before once and not nearly as busy looking as they were that night. Then I saw the picture of the roach someone posted on here and I doubt I will be back. YUCK!

Food was good as always. The service was horrible. There were only 2 servers for Saturday lunch. They did not refill drinks they took forever to seat people and check people out. they would just disappear. I watched several people walk out due to no one being available to even talk to them.

The food was hot and delicious. Our waiter was very friendly, got our refills as needed, and gave great service.

The service was terrible. The food was cold. A roach crawled onto our table while we were eating. My daughters food never came out. My chesse sauce never came out after 3 times of asking a watching him right it down. Worst place I've been in a long time

Our food was dry, and we had terrible service. The manager was completely rude. We didn’t even enjoy it.....
